Battle Grounds Coffee Co & @Merrimack Valley Hope Mission are joining forces!

As a community, lets combat this cold weather and provide for local veterans in need.

Now, through February 2018 we are asking for your help!

We are looking to provide local veterans in need with new fleece rolls, hats, gloves, socks & scarves as well as gift cards to Market Basket & Walmart.

GIFT CARDS

Please deliver gift cards directly to the Café at 39 Washington St. Haverhill, MA. Staff will accept them, record your donation and owners Dana & Sal DeFranco will ensure they are distributed directly to veterans and their families in need. Joe D’Amore will work with local veteran’s organizations to reach as many veterans as possible. Our goal is $5,000 worth of gift cards.

Please purchase them in $25.00 – to- $100.00 denominations.

ADVOCACY

In coming weeks we will provide information about resources available in the Greater Haverhill area to assist veterans who are experiencing hardships including housing instability , poverty & homelessness. We hope to create awareness too and promote greater support for those who have sacrificed so much for our freedoms!
